12 weeks guided membership to slowly integrate mindfulness habits into your life with mentorship, specially designed guides and resources, community support, and accountability.
Monday: Live Growmance mindfulness experience
A 45 minute LIVE mindfulness session led by our Founder, Pavi, focused on the theme of the week such as gratitude, body awareness, growth mindset and much more. Each week, we will incorporate all the key elements of mindfulness such as visualization, meditation, journaling, affirmations that will help you unlock greater productivity and potential and set the intentions for the week.
Tuesday: Growmance Care Package
You will receive a virtual care package on our community group with recorded sessions, visualization playlists, specially created guides, and curated resources that help you stay motivated, take action and continue practicing the theme of the week.
Thursday: Growmance Accountability circles
We will have accountability and reflection check in at the end of the week with the community so we all can share our wins, learnings and ask any questions. A supportive community is essential as you navigate this new path.
